For Siemens Energy is really important to contribute actively on the environment care, therefore those projects that promoting renewable energies are our priority.
Recently Siemens Transformers in Guanajuato, has been chosen to supply 3 power transformers with the following characteristics:
1-GSU; 18/24 MVA; 115/34.5 kV
2- GSU; 65/85 MVA; 230/34.5 kV
These power transformers will be installed in the Bii Stinu Wind farm located in Juchitn , Oaxaca , Mexico
This project will increase the percentage of clean energy supplied in the Mexican energy net, diversifying it and contributing significantly to the sustainable development of the Tehuantepec Isthmus’ region.
As a part of the planned infrastructure for this project is being considered the supply of 82 wind power turbines of 2 MW, one 230/34.5 kV transmission substation and one transmission line of 115 kV
