In 2011 Guanajuato received international visitors that select this city as a safe and beautiful place to treat international affairs.

US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, German President Christian Wulff and Netherlands Queen Beatrix Wilhelmina were some of the most special visitors.

Also more than 2800 artists from 29 countries visited our city for the International Cervantino Cultural Festival last October; the guests for this wonderful event were mainly from Sweden, Norway and Finland.
